Associate Professor Lieutenant Commander Dr. Abu Yazid Abu Bakar RMN (Retired) holds a doctorate (Ph.D) and Masters (MEd.) degrees in Education (Counselling and Guidance) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan.  He also posssesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA, and a postgraduate certificate in Gifted Education from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia.

Dr. Mkpoikanke Sunday Otu has an academic and professional qualification as CCNAv7 Certificate, Introduction to Networks (Cisco Networking Academy), Professional Certificate on Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS), Advanced Digital Appreciation Programme for Tertiary Institutions, Certificate in Peer Review, Researcher Academy, Certificate in Peer Educators Training (PET) for HIV & AIDS Prevention, UNICEF/NYSC, 2013-2014, Trade Test Certificate of Competence (1, 2 &3) in Computer Craftwork, Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity, 2011- 2012.

M. Affandi Arianto is a doctor of Applied Linguistics. He is a lecturer at the English Department, Faculty of Languages and Arts, Universitas Negeri Padang, West Sumatera, Indonesia. He got his bachelor of English Language Education (S.Pd) from Universitas Negeri Padang. In 2017, he received master degree from Universitas Negeri Malang. Then, he received a Doctoral degree in English Language Education from Universitas Negeri Malang in 2021. His research interests include contrastive rhetorics; rhetorical structure of research articles, academic writing, doctoral research, Critical Qualitative Inquiry, and Linguistics.
